As it has been for 10 years past, so shall it come to be once more.
Another year has come forth in the Juggalo world, and with it, preparations are underway for the single most-significant event of the year: the Gathering of the Juggalos! Believe it or not, 2009 marks the 10th year of this spectacular music festival. It's hard to believe that 10 years have passed since that first Gathering hit the streets. A lot has happened with the festival. As time has passed, the Gathering has grown from a two-day event at a convention center into the four-day, 24-hour, non-stop outdoor extravaganza of music and family that is has become. We've added stages, added bands, wrestlers, events, celebrities, and so much more that words hardly do it all justice. The Gathering has become like no other music festival in history, the closest thing to Shangri-La on Earth.
Thursday, August 6th to Sunday, August 9th, 2009, in the secluded town of Cave In Rock, Illinois. It's the perfect spot to party 'til you can't stay standing, surrounded by your Juggalo family! For those who have been to previous Gatherings, you know there is a magic that happens when so many Juggalos come together, a powerful bond that forms and reverberates through everyone setting foot on those grounds. It's a feeling of belonging that few find anywhere else, and all crave to feel once again. It is quite simply an event NO ONE should miss.
